Aquolina Pink Sugar Eau De Toilette Spray for Women, 100 ml
About this deal
It was very long lasting, it became more of a skin scent by night but that lingered on until the next morning.
it is what it is--it's not designed to be some mature, nuanced niche umami fragrance, it's more "ooh, mami. I usually go nose-blind to my perfume within an hour or two of putting it on, but it doesn't happen with this. However, if I give myself an hour before interacting with anyone, this would make a nice everyday summer gourmand- it wasn't too expensive, and I don't feel like I have to "save it" for a special occasion. Despite it coming out in 2004, this would've been an extremely popular scent years before it launching. Then, a delightful heart opens up, which takes hold of our senses, made up of strawberry, lily cotton candy from the valleys, liquorice and red berries. Whether you use it to pamper yourself or as a gift for a special person, this perfume will bring value and joy to your life. Final verdict: I LOVE this, definitely will be great to wear anytime I want to smell like sweet cotton candy tropical flowers.
Not too strong, but definitely noticeable enough to raise some questions because sweets in the bedroom is a big no-no for an area with mouse issues.Take away sugar, vanilla and caramel, add chamomile with dandelions, and you have a nice herbal mix for treating anxiety.
Creamy Sunshine' is the LEAST heavy synthetic-smelling out of the 3 Pink Sugars available and also the smoothest. I actually enjoy the licorice note - I love anise, and it was really nice to smell it so forward in a gourmand. I'm not opposed to yellow florals in general but the way they're done here is more aromatherapy and less perfumery. You have to reaaally enjoy sweet scents to not get tired of this and if you're prone to headaches and nausea definitely don't wear in warm weather (or any weather).
i'm obsessed with the y2k/mcbling style and this perfectly embodies that :) i thought that the licorice will bother me at first but it dries down rather quickly to a delicious, slight burnt sugar-tinted vanilla cotton candy ! Yes it does have a floral edge to it but it's still a "pink sugar" flanker and I wouldn't classify it as a floral because it's mostly sweet. I am a platinum blonde teen girl so this scent speaks to me, and I 100% believe I am one of the people who can pull it off.
Smells like you applied Clinique’s Happy on top of the original Pink Sugar’s drydown (seriously); luminous, sweet orange citruses paired with sappy, green-tinged, subtly creamy and soapy lily-of-the-valley. And while the quality of ingredients is very apparent with Love Don't be Shy, Creamy Sunshine doesn't smell particularly cheap. When I was a child I ADORED the Juice Bar cotton candy body spray at Eckards/CVS- and if Pink Sugar's top notes had a baby sister, it's that stuff. I was really late to the Aquolina party so missed out on Chocolovers and Gold, Silver, Black, Blue which I would have loved to test. when first applied, it can be smelt across the room but it DOES need to be applied throughout the day.I know people can sometimes view this as a youthful/juvenile scent, but even though it does feel youthful to me I still feel like almost any age group could pull this off! It’s youthful, playful, girly, sweet and I don’t care that it’s not a complex, esteemed fragrance-it is what it is-it’s fun! I didn’t reach for it as much and she prefers the burnt caramel because she prefers bitter sweet fragrances. I got a sample of this and was looking forward to smelling it as I love sweet scents, but I’m extremely disappointed.
